Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s) |
Contract holders are liable to the cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the contract holder, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the contract holder. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s) |
Missed Appointments |
Contract holders are liable for any pre-arranged missed appointments. Contract holders will be liable for contractor’s invoice |
Early Termination (Contract Holder's Request) |
Where a contract holder wishes to end their occupation contract outside of the agreed terms of the agreement, they agree to cover the loss incurred by the Landlord as a result of the early termination. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the occupation contract |
